JB Classics was officially launched in San Francisco,
CA during the winter of 2001. Founder Jason Bass
had noticed a void in the footwear industry. The
lack of personality and added details in current
footwear encouraged him to start his journey.
In late 2004, Mdot and JB joined forces to steer
the brand from its ultra niche platform to the
next layer, JB Classics Lab® was formed. The
two plan on covering all the elements of lifestyle.
Rooted in design, JB Classics Lab® pushes
the limits with every collection. JB Classics
Lab® incorporates the comfort of an athletic
sneaker with the aesthetic and details of a luxury
shoe. Mixing luxe materials with their signature
strong and vibrant color combinations. All footwear
is limited and exclusive to less than 400prs globally
with special packaging details. Details include
inner-tongue numbering system, a certificate of
ownership, extra laces, lace bag, and brushed
cotton cinch sack.
